Responsibilities
- Worldwide customer acquisition
- Sales of equipment in a technological market
- Acquisition of leads and their qualification to prospects
- Management contacts, virtual meetings, visits
- Organization of the pre-sale process with technology demonstration, job shop, studies
- Offers redaction and negotiation
- Management of the delivery process for complex businesses cases
- Customer care, after sales support
- Participation to exhibitions and congresses
- Preparation of sales materials
Your Profile
- Engineering education, mechanics/electro-mechanics/electronics or equivalent
- Experience in international technical sales
- Knowledge of machine construction, mechanical adjustment, precision mechanics
- Good understanding of mechanical drawing
- German, English, and French fluent
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build long-lasting trusting relationships with the customer
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of PC use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, email
- Preferably resident in Ticino or willing to relocate
