R&D Support Specialist 70-100% (f/m/d)
Your challenges
- Assembly of medium voltage drives cabinets for prototyping, involving both mechanical and electrical assembly
- Supporting, assessing, and preparing prototype cabinets for the R&D organization
- Working closely with the R&D team to prepare various test devices for projects, including system arrangement, vibration testing, isolation testing, IP certification, and cooling system setup
- Flexibility in working hours (between 70% and 100%) depending on test sessions and material delivery times
- Ensuring compliance with safety obligations related to medium voltage drives, with additional safety training provided as needed
Your skills
- Background in electrical engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in a converter or similar environment
- Ability to collaborate closely with the R&D team and local production team
- Strong willingness to take on various tasks related to R&D projects and test device preparation
- Familiarity with medium voltage drive safety regulations and protocols
- Willingness to work on-site in Turgi
