Payroll Specialist 100% (f/m/d)
Your challenges
- Carry out payroll related tasks in accordance with regulations and oversee the maintenance of payroll records.
- Monthly and annual closing of assigned company codes
- Process payroll for selected months of the year
- Deal with employee queries, internal contacts and authorities
- Assist with annual processes such as bonus and salary reviews
- Assist with internal, external and statutory audits
- Drive and contribute to continuous improvement projects in the area of responsibility
- Work closely with the team as well as with other teams in HR Operations / HR functions / HRBPs
Your skills
- 3-5 years experience in the Swiss HR/payroll sector
- Understanding of Swiss payroll; tax, social security and labour law
- Several years of experience with SAP HR including OM - therefore SAP HR knowledge must be available
- Strong analytical, problem solving, supervisory and customer service skills desired
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and drive results effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Business level English and German are mandatory
