For an international company in the global agribusiness market in Münchwilen (AG) we are looking for a

Packaging Coordinator - temporary assignment, min. 1 year (100%)

Accountabilities

  • Support the packaging engineer in the development by: Establish and maintain packaging data, Execution of packaging testing's, Documentation of test reports
  • Coordinate and organize different request within the organization towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Provides active supervised support to New Product Introduction and ensuring all handover work packages are completed on time and in full.
  • With supervision, supports packaging projects related to maintenance and/or troubleshooting support to adjacent supply chain functions (procurement, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Works under supervision with all functions (i.e. procurement, commercial, manufacturing, regulatory, logistics, etc.) to deliver goals on key projects or initiative
  • This level will be supervised on all activities and specific training will focus on the job have to be executed like packaging test procedure, data management systems and process


Your skills & experiences

  • Commercial or Technical Education or similar, ideally some experience within the packaging environment (Packaging Producer, Packaging User etc)
  • Experience to work within an intercultural environment
  • Familiar with the standard programs in MS office (word, excel, power point)
  • Familiar to work in a technical field, capability to plan, organise and structure tasks and work packages
  • Affinity to data documentation and collection
  • Ability to deliver accurate data and execute analyses
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new skill set
  • Language: Obligatory English, Nice to have: German (French)
