For an international Circus we are looking for

Hospitality - Usher's 100%

Your challenges

  • Screening and scanning tickets
  • Directing patrons to their assigned seat
  • Clean theatre / Big Top area after each performance - inside and outside
  • Assist with any emergency situations
  • Handling complaints and/or difficult customers when needed
  • Performing front of house cues as required/directed
  • Assist any disabled patrons
  • Assist Head Usher during breaks and busy periods
  • Assist in other areas as needed and assigned by House supervisor and Circus supervisors

Your skills

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Previous Customer Service - Hospitality experience
  • Physically able to stand for long periods of time and move around the site
  • Must be physically able to go up and downstairs constantly
  • Professionally handle difficult situations that may arise with unsatisfied customers and suggest possible resolutions
  • Punctual, reliable and able to work in a team environment
  • Must be positive, honest, resourceful, polite, courteous and presentable
  • Some experience with first aid and handling of large crowds
  • Ability to work with minimal direction

Arrival times start as early as 2:30pm on a 2 show day, 6:30pm on a one show day and 11:30am on Sunday.
