Digital Marketing Manager from Pharma field

Requirements and skills

REQUIREMENTS
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or business
  • A minimum of 4-6 years experience marketing/communications, with 3+ years experience in digital marketing c/o Pharma Company; agency side experience viewed favourably if pharma field oriented.
  • Experience marketing direct to consumer in pharma, consumer healthcare or other highly regulated industry of Natural Medicines is MANDATORY
  • Previous experience creating and managing social media, email and website content. including SEO and SEM management.
  • Experience in database marketing, customer loyalty programs, and CRM is desirable.
  • Proficient in graphic design and able to utilise industry platforms like Canva & photoshop to create & edit digital assets
  • Results-oriented operator focused on high quality deliverables and outstanding communication. .
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities; attention to detail.

SKILLS
  • Strong commercial focus and ability to solve regulatory challenges in commercial situations
  • Able to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, being mindful of Company business profitability requirements

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • She/He is responsible for deploying and brilliantly executing across EMEA, global toolkits already created by the Global Digital Team based abroad.
  • The role is more focussed on delivery although there can be some important customization work depending on the market, more executing the integrated content and digital marketing plans across the Brand portfolio.
  • As well as leading Digital there is a critical role to play in supporting the content and strategies to win in e-commerce with Amazon in several countries as well as other new, healthcare and emerging e-com platforms.
  • Website and Social Media Management - localise content and manage the content plan aligned to the multi-channel customer engagement plans to drive demand, facilitate retail sell through, and fuel advocacy with both consumers and HCPs.
  • Digital Campaign Management - manage and implement the digitally driven multi-channel media and direct marketing campaign plans, supporting local webinars, podcasts and testimonials
  • Lead the Distributor Digital Strategy - stay closely connected to Top 10 EMEA partners and support their Digital Transformation work consistent with the platforms being led by the Company
  • E-commerce - be responsible for the deployment of best in class e-com strategies from the Global team and staying alert to all new and emerging e-retailer opportunities
  • E-detailing - liaise with global and regional experts including product managers and medical marketing to pilot and drive execution of e-detailing to HCPs
  • Responsible for managing and delivering the digital activities for all channels in EMEA including the community management of all social media pages, campaign activity and influencers.
  • This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Manager, and Global Digital Marketing to ensure content and plans are aligned to the Brand effort priorities. They will also be responsible for identifying potential opportunities to raise awareness and drive brand engagement.
  • As a member of the wider global Digital Team, a core objective of this role is to help transform the Company into a customer-centric organisation that embraces technology, operates with a test & learn mentality, and makes data driven decisions.
