For one of our client, an international organisation, we are seeking for

Administrative Assistant

Your challenges

  • Provide administrative support to your superior, team members and visitors
  • Manage schedules, calendar, telephone and email correspondence
  • Design and prepare presentations, memos, charts, tables, graphs and plans
  • Be in charge of follow-up of meetings, events and conferences
  • Ensure fluid circulation of information within the team
  • Organize and maintain the filing on a weekly basis
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Replace other administrative assistants during periods of leave or in the event of heavy workloads

Your skills

  • Commercial education in administrative field or equivalent
  • Several years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Working experience in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of related computer applications (MS-Office)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet required deadlines
  • Show discretion, tact and diplomacy in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English (C2), good knowledge of French
