Administrative Assistant 100% (m/w/d)
Your challenges
- Calendar Management of the HOD
- responsible for invoices and general expenses
- organizing and assembling of supplement stock
- preparing clients labor results and reports for the medical team
- supporting the medical team with preparation of supplements for aftercare
- preparation and taking minutes of internal meetings
- additional administrative work
Your skills
- experience in a similar position, medical background is an advantage
- skills in MS Office and strong Excel knowledge is required
- exceptional time management and communication skills
- written and spoken English skills, German and other languages would be a plus
