Administrative Assistant 100% (m/w/d)

Your challenges

  • Calendar Management of the HOD
  • responsible for invoices and general expenses
  • organizing and assembling of supplement stock
  • preparing clients labor results and reports for the medical team
  • supporting the medical team with preparation of supplements for aftercare
  • preparation and taking minutes of internal meetings
  • additional administrative work

Your skills

  • experience in a similar position, medical background is an advantage
  • skills in MS Office and strong Excel knowledge is required
  • exceptional time management and communication skills
  • written and spoken English skills, German and other languages would be a plus
