Ihre Herausforderung
- Reconciliation of payroll accounting plus annual financial statements
- Cooperation with external authorities, including accrual of vacation and overtime
- Preparation of compliant financial statements and cross-border certificates in coordination with external service providers
- Checking and approving invoices in connection with payroll accounting and reconciliation with payroll accounts
- Maintaining and updating HRIS systems
- Ensuring smooth cooperation with authorities, external partners or providers in relation to compensation and benefits, social security and taxes
- Processing and coordinating applications for work permits and changes
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process
- Ensuring internal and legal compliance (employment contracts, work permits, benefits enrollment)
- Preparation of preliminary and final reference letters
- Ensuring the accuracy of equity instruments in coordination with the third-party administrator
- Updating the organizational charts
Ihre Kompetenz
- Degree in human resources or business administration
- Many years of experience in a general HR function or in a specialized HR function
- Good knowledge of Swiss social security and labor law, knowledge of other European laws is an advantage
- Qualified English and German language skills (written and oral) as well as knowledge of French
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
