Director Pricing (m/w) 100%

Your challenges

  • Develop, implement Pricing Strategies according to the country growth plan including the different services & delivery channels
  • Develop and implement pricing governance & related authorization process
  • Create automated Pricing Tools to grant adherence to the Pricing governance
  • Develop and implement pricing models to assess the profitability of new business proposals and renewals of existing business/contracts
  • Assist in the development of innovative, workable pricing solutions in response to client pricing demands, including alternative fee arrangements
  • Contribute with technical expertise regarding contract negotiations, bids as well as proposal development
  • Track internal & external trends pre-identifying risks to mitigate
  • Monitor costs to serve and labor costs to develop & adapt pricing policies
  • Plan market research for the services delivered in Switzerland
  • Bids and Contracts profitability validation
  • Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Gross Margin performance analysis (country level)
  • Keep the varius simulations tools up to date
  • Join Client meetings whenever it is necessary
  • Assist for training initiatives about pricing and negotiation techniques
  • Give support & information for periodical reviews of Strategic/Volume Accounts
  • Develop automated tools allowing branches an autonomous evaluation of their existing and new business

Your skills

  • Previous sales experience, good financial background, ability to speak at different level of seniority and face internal and external stakeholders
  • Mathematical and analytical skills
  • Good sense of finance or accounting principles
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong leadership principles
  • Project management capabilities
  • Must speak fluent German and English, French - nice to have
