Our client, an International Foundation based in Nyon, is looking for a

Committees Assistant

Votre défi

Assistance for the 3 Foundation Committees:
  • Making the link between the Foundation departments and the 3 committees
  • Making the link between the Foundation operations, partners and Committees members
  • Assist in the requests for the Foundation endorsement/support of meetings
  • Assist in the organization of the Foundation business meetings for the 3 Committees
  • Assist in Committees chair and vice chair elections
  • Assist in new membership process
  • Update members profile
  • Assist in operations with the Foundation staff: webinars, roundtables, meetings
  • Assist in Committees' meeting organization and logistics
  • Assist in production of minutes/report
  • Assist in Follow up and tracking on partners and partnership propositions

Other tasks:
  • Coordination with accounting (invoicing, payment) and communication departments (license to use, codes)

In this position, you report to the Foundation's Committees Managers

Vos compétences

  • Administrative experience/diploma
  • Very good level in English (C1 minimum, ideally mother tongue)
  • First successful experience in assisting a team (1 or 2 years)
  • Previous experience in an international environment (1 or 2 years)
  • Well organized, sense of service, stress and priority management, discretion
