Administrative Assistant / Invoice Specialist - temporary role until end of November

Your challenges

  • Provide financial queries support to the Legal & Taxes team.
  • Raise purchase orders (PO) and maintain an overview and tracking status of all PO requests
  • Work with Finance Desk to ensure payment process
  • Resolve payment issues
  • Ensure that invoices are paid
  • Contact point for questions and provide help to team members regarding invoicing process
  • Interact constructively with team members and ensure information flow

Your skills

  • Training as administrative assistant (apprenticeship or professional school)
  • Knowledge of administrative, legal and corporate processes would be an advantage
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, EasyProcure, SAP
  • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to run multi-tasks in parallel
  • Ability to work for different persons in a team and prioritize requests
  • Proactive and positive "can-do attitude" looks for solutions and does not stop at hurdles
