About the Adecco Way to Work™ Programme

Looking for a new professional challenge? We provide optimum support and help you to achieve your objectives. On your way to a dream job, Adecco is the best partner at your side and supports you right from the start.

This year, Adecco is once again exercising its social responsibility as a leading Human Resources provider and taking global action to ensure that young people are integrated into the job market with the Adecco Way to Work™ initiative. The initiative will be implemented in the following three parts in 2016: Adecco Street Day, CEO for One Month, and Internship Opportunities.

CEO For One Month

500 young people applied for the opportunity to shadow the Adecco Switzerland CEO, Nicole Burth Tschudi, for a month. The successful applicant was Abdelrahman "Budi" Hassab, 22 year-old business administration graduate. At the intensive half-day assessment, a total of five candidates were examined in depth by Nicole Burth Tschudi and other members of management of Adecco Switzerland. You will find the video of the assessment day here.

The jury voted unanimously in favour of Budi. "All the candidates were very good", Nicole Burth Tschudi says. "But Budi impressed us with his winning manner, his contagious enthusiasm and his analytical skills. I am looking forward to the month with him."

Adecco Street Day

On Street Day, we want to make our know-how available to young people through direct dialogue and advise them regarding specific difficulties.

This year too, Adecco sent its experts out on the streets. Searching for candidates for the CEO for One Month programme, and with tips and tricks for your CV, application, etc. The Street Day took place on Thursday, 17 March 2016, as a national event at six locations.

Internship Opportunities

No professional experience yet? No problem; with Adecco Experience, you can gain valuable work experience for your CV.

In 2015, Internship Opportunities enabled us to provide over 20 young people with specific professional experience in the form of a minimum one-month work placement. We would like to build on the good work done so far and offer work placements for young talented people to give them the professional experience they need to achieve their dream job!
