New Collective Bargaining Agreement Staff Leasing 2016 – 2018
On 1 May 2016, the new Collective Bargaining Agreement Staff Leasing 2016 – 2018 comes into force. It is an update of the version of 1 January 2012.
What is new:
- New hourly base wages
- New regulation for the daily working overtime. The limit for the mandatory supplement for daily overtime increased from 9 to 9.5 hours of work. The limit regarding the mandatory supplement for weekly overtime remains unchanged by 45 hours.
- New Extension of the CLA. All companies in possession of a Staff Leasing License will be submitted to the CLA, independently from their salary mass.
