“At last, I can do exactly what I’m good at and like doing.”
As a provider of human resources services, Adecco is very good at finding the right position for the right person, and this is also reflected by its own workforce and independent working practices. People are motivated by being able to make use of their skills!
“My work improves the employment situation of many people, and makes me proud.”
Professions are important, and for most people this occupies a large part of their lives. It makes us happy to know that we help more people to work every day.
“I was well prepared for my responsibilities, and am able to work very independently, can take decisions and contribute ideas.”
In our view, the early days do not need to be difficult. With effectively structured onboarding, we take the time needed to prepare all new employees for their responsibilities and Adecco in general. And thereafter we continue to invest a great deal in further training – the professional development of our employees is a matter that lies close to our heart.
“I like working together with my colleagues. We support each other and enjoy what we do.”
Cooperation and interpersonal relations are crucial for motivation at work. We have clear, shared objectives that we realise together. Let’s be honest, it makes a huge difference to have colleagues with whom you get on well. We agree, and for this reason we prioritise friendly relations.
