Marcel Keller

Marcel Keller (*1964) originally completed an apprenticeship as a cook. After his training, he attended Belvoirpark Hotel Management School where he qualified as a certified Hôtelier-Restaurateur. He took further courses of study at various schools of management, including the Management Zentrum St. Gallen and IMD in Lausanne and at the INSEAD in Fontainebleu, France.
He started his career as a hotel and gastronomy consultant with Adia Interim AG. After the merger of Adia Interim with the French company Ecco, Marcel Keller took over as Branch Manager and later as Regional Director with Adecco Human Resources AG in the Hotel & Event division. In 1999, he became responsible for the Hotel & Event and Medical & Science Switzerland divisions.
From 2003 he managed the whole General Staffing operational business in German-speaking Switzerland as Operational Director. In the same year he was appointed a member of the Executive Board of Adecco Switzerland. From 2009 he was COO-General Staffing and in charge of the Commercial Direction of the General Staffing operational business for the whole of Switzerland. Since January 2012 he has been Chief Operating Officer - Adecco Switzerland of the whole operational business (General Staffing and Professional Staffing) of Adecco Switzerland. |
