Your challenges

Drive all operations activities related to HR Admin & Payroll of Adecco Switzerland
Location: This role should be based in Zurich.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Responsible for all Admin activities including hiring admin process, payroll, work permits
• Responsible for KPIs and payroll controlling
• Point of contact for Managers & HRBP re the HR Operations area
• Coordinating the HR admin function to meet organizational objectives
• Develop and updates internal processes to meet the organization objectives and to be more efficient
• Responsible for local and group reportings
• Responsible as interface to IT Business partners to drive IT system improvements in HR and payroll
• Managing the HR operations team in Switzerland
• Responsible to manage specific requests from leadership team members
• HR Project Management responsibility - strategic planning and implementation of HR projects in collaboration with IT (act as Digital adoption manager)

Your skills

• Bachelor or Master degree in HR management or a commercial clerk with equivalent further formation in HR management
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in payroll and HR administration
• Established experience in project management
• Good knowledge in Swiss labour law and social insurances required
• Excellent communications, negotiation and influencing skills
• Resilience – capable of working alone or as part of a team in order to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Tenacity – ability to drive ideas through in a complex, matrix managed environment
• Leading a Team successful
• Capable of taking tasks that are only roughly defined, yet involve complex interactions with other tasks and projects, and translating them into concrete initiatives.
• Proactive in defining and implementing solutions to problems
• Sound decision making and prioritisation skills
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Flexibility to travel
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, HR 3.0
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, French and English
