Solutions
Our solutions team works in close collaboration with our customers’ HR and IT managers to find new ways to address their resourcing needs. For example, the current IT market is characterized by acute resource and skill shortages. We have therefore set up a program called “Career Up”, where we combine recruiting, training and certification to “create” the right candidates, rather than just looking for the existing ones. We work with a number of software vendors for example to customize this program to their specific resourcing needs and move more qualified IT specialists into their market.
